Job Description:
Seeking a motivated pharmacist to join a growing long-term care
pharmacy team, providing specialized medication services to
hospitals, rehab, and care centers nationwide.
Work under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist to evaluate
medication orders, monitor patient data, and collaborate with
healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance, and
support safe medication practices.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Pharmacy (Pharm D
preferred), ----- -1 year in long-term care, and relevant
licensure.
