Job Description:
Location: Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living We are hiring a
licensed clinical social worker to join our growing physician-lead
geriatrics practice. Compensation: $80,000 - $92,000 per year,
commensurate with experience (includes base bonus incentive) What

degree (BSW or MSW) required - Clinically Licensed Social Work –
highest licensure in the state - required - Minimum of three years
of social work experience is required (In a health care setting
preferred) - Knowledge of geriatric population, case management and
