Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled Recertification Specialist with a specialization in Sec 8 housing requirements . The software utilized by the leasing office is OneSite , so experience with that is helpful but not required. The ideal candidate will be organized, have great attention to detail and remain task-oriented. Active leasing will not be required for this role, as the community is fully leased, so your main task will be ensuring resident folders are in compliance. You will work with residents to explain documentation they need to provide, help deliver documentation to be signed and keep folders organized. The community hours are 8:00am-5:00pm on weekdays. Qualifications: Section 8 Recertifications experience OneSite software experience. Multi-family property management industry experience Fair Housing expertise - "What you do for one, you must do for all!" - The seven federally protected classes are race, religion, national origin, color, familial status, sex, and disability . These classes or characteristics are protected under the federal Fair Housing Act. Outgoing and friendly personality; must be a "people person" Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to stay organized and complete tasks All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States.
