Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Part-Time Nurse Practitioner – Internal Medicine (Concierge Practice) Location: Washington, D.C. Schedule: Part-Time (Flexible Days) Join a modern concierge internal medicine practice in Washington, D.C., focused on delivering high-quality, personalized care to a discerning patient population that includes professionals, community leaders, and multi-generational families. About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a background in internal medicine or adult primary care. This role is ideal for providers who value continuity of care, want to practice at a more thoughtful pace, and enjoy developing meaningful, long-term relationships with their patients. You’ll work alongside a highly experienced physician in a collaborative and supportive environment that emphasizes prevention, accessibility, and excellence in care. What You’ll Do: Conduct comprehensive internal medicine evaluations: preventive, urgent, and follow-up visits Diagnose and treat acute conditions (infections, minor injuries, skin issues, etc.) Manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and lipid disorders Provide care through both in-person and telehealth visits Review labs, manage prescriptions, and maintain regular patient communication Coordinate referrals and specialist care as needed Perform basic procedures (EKGs, vaccinations, phlebotomy, etc.) Educate patients on long-term wellness and preventive care strategies Participate in optional home visits or after-hours support (very limited and flexible) Who We’re Looking For: Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington, D.C. Board certified as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner Minimum of 2 years' experience in internal medicine or primary care Strong communication skills and a proactive, patient-centered approach Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating within a small team Familiar with EMR systems such as Elation, Athena, or eClinicalWorks What We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience Flexible, part-time schedule (3–4 days/week) Bonus potential based on performance Paid time off and holidays Low patient volume and longer visit times Modern, fully equipped office with ample clinical support Interested in learning more?
