This role is pivotal in leading our business development efforts to secure significant government contracts, focusing on integrating AI-driven solutions, data analytics, and cloud services. The candidate will be instrumental in devising strategic plans to effectively capture new government projects, maintain client relations, and ensure alignment with technological advancement and governmental needs. Develop comprehensive capture strategies for securing NGA contracts. Lead cross-functional teams to align business development activities with company objectives. Build and maintain robust relationships with NGA and other government officials. Monitor market trends to effectively position Vantor, Inc. in government proposals. Manage the proposal development process from inception to submission. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with stakeholders and partners. Ensure compliance with all federal acquisition regulations and Vantor’s standards. Proven expertise in capture management and government contracting. Strong understanding of NGA’s mission and operational needs. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively. Deep knowledge of AI-driven solutions, data analytics, and cloud services.
