As a Cicero Associate Consultant, you will:

• Lead small teams of Analysts in research and analysis that define our strategic recommendations
• Work closely with Engagement Managers to guide teams through projects such as (but not limited to)
• Organization Transformation
• Private Equity Due-Diligence
• Strategic Development/Implementation
• Market Research & Assessments
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and implement original, creative solutions
• Manage diverse and impactful internal initiativesWhile there is no single educational or professional background that best prepares you for a fulfilling career at Cicero, we typically look for the following qualifications:
• Advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD, MPA, etc.) preferred, but not required; undergraduate degree required
• Excellent academic record and grade point average
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• 3+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting, non-profits, think tanks, startups, financial services, or similar environments
• Ability to think independently and meaningfully collaborate with teams
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing (additional languages are always welcome and appreciated)
• Effective organization skills and ability to multi-task
