Experience Required: 5+ Years in Oracle Cloud Security
Top Skills Required:5+ years of experience working in Oracle Cloud Security, including role design across both functional and technical domains
Strong proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM security configurations
Deep understanding of security frameworks, access controls, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR)

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion security roles, data access policies, and privileges
Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes aligned with enterprise policies
Design and maintain PaaS security framework, including IDCS domains and user-group mappings
Implement persona-based security and ensure alignment with business workflows
Enforce segregation of duties (SoD) to avoid conflicts in critical business processes
Monitor access logs and system activities for unauthorized access or potential breaches
Conduct regular internal security audits and prepare compliance reports for audits
Design and maintain custom roles tailored to business needs following security best practices
Support cloud migration and refresh activities by addressing relevant security configuration requirements
Periodically review, analyze, and optimize roles based on changing business needs
Investigate and resolve security incidents, ensuring root-cause analysis and remediation
Collaborate with Oracle Support to resolve critical issues and implement security patches
Maintain comprehensive documentation on configurations, incidents, and resolution procedures
Provide end-user training and support on Oracle security principles and role management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure integrations and end-to-end workflows
Implement Oracle Risk Management Cloud controls, including access, configuration, and transaction-level controls
Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
