Job Description Overview Vectrus seeks a results-driven
individual with Senior Construction Manager conducts construction
inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and
building codes and generating reportsReviews shop drawings and
submittals and providing the COTR with a recommendation for
approval/disapproval and notifies the Government in writing of
non-compliant safety hazards and recommended corrective actionsThe
Construction Manager-FP verifies completion of corrections and
actions identified and attends project meetingsThis shall not
change the project scope, cost, duration, schedule, nor obligate
the Government in any fashionThe Construction Manager-FP manages
project design and/or construction efforts, to include schedule,
funding, and day-to-day project oversightThis includes managing and
evaluating construction contractor performanceThe Construction
Manager-FP will integrate and coordinate projects with field
personnelEvaluate, validate, and manage project change
requestsProvide official weekly project status reportsThe
Construction Manager-FP will prepare and distribute project
communication with customers, management, integrated project teams,
and stakeholdersThe Construction Manager-FP will assist the
client's Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's
Technical Representative (COTR) with acquisition planning,
execution and administrationThe Construction Manager-FP will assist
the CO and COTR with conducting pre-bid and pre-construction site
visits with the COTR and provide invoice supporting information to
the COTR for paymentThe Senior Construction Manager will prepare
and monitor project schedules and budgets; provide technical
guidance and assistance on contracting and construction-related
issues; direct design efforts; recommend construction documents for
approval; and provide oversight of any follow-on maintenance
programsThis will include optimizing performance, cost, and
schedule by ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule
and at the lowest cost compatible with user requirementsThe
Construction Manager-FP will conduct design reviews with the
customer, ensure timely input of all data, comments, and
documentation into MAXIMO software project management toolThis
requirement applies to all projects, work orders, and tasks across
the project lifecycleThe Construction Manager-FP will ensure
integration of all systems, including information technology,
telephone, security, electrical, HVAC, and plumbingThis includes
the preparation of Contractor Performance Report (CPR) upon

Certifications: Bachelor's degree in any field; high school,
vocational school, or trade school diploma and five (5) years' work
experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree
requirement Experience: Ten (10) years' of experience in
construction management Experience applying building codes and
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements Experience
working with requirement is classified and is available on the high

an operationally sensitive environment Work outdoors, in confined
space, irregular schedule, working off-shift/rotating schedule,
