Job Description:

Titan Transfer Inc is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Manager for our Lancaster, PA location. We need someone with expertise in trucking and Class 8 truck and trailer maintenance. This position will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the PA fleet along with managing a team of technicians. The job duties will include following all OSHA safety regulations, performing preventative maintenance, ensuring that we comply with the dealership warranty, and tracking maintenance operations data using maintenance software. Knowledge of Cetaris maintenance software is a plus. While vehicle mechanical knowledge is the most essential qualification, this position also requires strong communication and team management skills to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.

Fleet Maintenance Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment
• Supervise a team of technicians
• Supervise regular preventative maintenance of the fleet
• Coordinate with our in-house staff and third-party vendors to schedule repairs
• Track usage and maintenance
• Maximize efficiency and minimize the cost of trucking operationsFleet Maintenance Manager Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certificate; associate degree or vocational certification (preferred)
  • Trucking, logistics, or mechanic experience
  • Organizational and management skills
