for you.*Job Description: *Project Manager for medium to large
scale commercial projects*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: **
Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job
forecasting* Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful hand off
from estimating to field* Set clear goals and expectations to
foreman* Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns* When
necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects* Manage all
jobs closeout procedures* Conduct post project reviews to determine
areas for future improvement* Provide coaching/counseling to
foreman and assistant project manager* Develop/maintain network of
professional relationships within our industry*Knowledge, Skills,
and Experience: ** Minimum 2 years' experience in Construction
Project Management* Experience in Commercial Electrical preferred,
but not required* Basic computer knowledge, ability to navigate in
Outlook and Excel* Able to work as a team and individually with a
positive and professional attitude* Strong written and verbal
communication skills* Capable multi-tasker able to execute the many
tasks at hand effectively* Bachelor's Degree preferred, or
equivalent work experienceWork Remotely* NoJob Type:
