manage workstream-level client relationships, and deliver strategy
that holds up under scrutiny. Much of our work centers on social

channel. This is not a junior role. You are expected to apply
judgment, manage ambiguity, and take real ownership of the work in
fast-moving, high-impact environments. What You’ll Do Execute
strategy work - Translate client needs, business goals, and
relevant insights into strategic frameworks, recommendations, and

and grounded in real business challenges. - Own defined workstreams
and/or deliverables within larger engagements. Build and
communicate strategic narratives - Shape how strategy is structured
and explained within your scope. - Craft materials that support
client understanding and decision-making. - Ensure clarity, logic,
and cohesion in strategy outputs. Own workstream-level client
relationships - Serve as a day-to-day strategy contact for defined
workstreams. - Manage client communication, expectations, and
follow-through. - Participate confidently in client meetings and
discussions. - Own client relationships by building trust and
delivering excellent work. - Assist in identifying opportunities
for growth with existing clients through the course of existing
workstreams. Work across disciplines - Collaborate closely with
Analysts, Paid Media Managers, and Creatives, building trust
internally to ensure optimal outcomes. - Incorporate feedback,
performance signals, and new information as work evolves. - Stay
connected to how strategy shows up in practice. - Ensure
translation of client feedback and nuances to less client facing
teammates. Support team execution - Provide guidance and informal
mentorship to junior strategists. - Review work for quality,
clarity, and alignment with strategic direction. - Help maintain
high standards across strategy deliverables. What Success Looks
Like - Strategy work is clear, thoughtful, and reliable. - You
build lasting, trusting relationships with clients at your level. -
Deliverables require minimal revision. - Clients trust you as a
capable and prepared point of contact. - Teams can rely on you to
move work forward. - You are ready to take on larger, more complex
scopes over time. This Role Is a Good Fit If You - Have experience
working with large, well resourced brands and organizations - Enjoy
solving complex problems with no obvious starting point. - Can
translate ambiguity into clarity. - Care more about judgment than
volume. - Are comfortable owning work and client conversations. -
Want to grow toward broader strategic ownership. Who You’ll Be
