across the firm. Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager
supports G-Squared Partners’ growth strategy by leading digital
marketing, communications, and business development support
initiatives that drive measurable pipeline impact and brand
visibility. This role works closely with firm leadership and
internal stakeholders and owns execution across digital campaigns,
content, and HubSpot operations. The ideal candidate brings strong
B2B marketing experience and is comfortable operating in a
professional services, relationship-driven environment. This is a
hybrid position based in the Philadelphia area, requiring at least
three (3) days per week in the Fort Washington office. Key
Responsibilities: 1) Growth Strategy & Performance Support and
execute the firm’s strategic growth and go-to-market initiatives.
Translate business objectives into integrated marketing plans with
defined targets (brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline
contribution). Track marketing performance and ROI; deliver clear,
actionable reporting to leadership. 2) Digital Marketing & Demand
Generation (HubSpot-Led) Own HubSpot as the core marketing and
sales platform, including database growth, segmentation, workflows,
lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle management. Plan and execute
inbound and outbound campaigns (email, landing pages, webinars,
paid and organic initiatives) in partnership with an outsourced
marketing team. Track and optimize engagement and funnel metrics,
including MQL-to-SQL conversion. Maintain and enhance the firm’s
website and blog. Coordinate social media strategy and posting
cadence with internal and external partners. 3) Content &
Communications Support content initiatives including publishing,
optimization, and site architecture. Manage the communications
calendar with outsourced partners to ensure a consistent brand
voice. Support PR initiatives such as press releases, award
submissions, and speaking opportunities. 4) Business Development &
Partner Support Maintain a clean, accurate marketing and sales
pipeline in HubSpot for leadership visibility and forecasting.
Coordinate webinars, events, and sponsorships from planning through
follow-up. Conduct prospect and market research to support
targeting and competitive positioning. Provide HubSpot training and
support for internal users, including executives and administrative
staff. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Communications, Business, or a related field. B2B marketing
experience is required. 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
(Marketing, Sales, Content Hub, CRM workflows). HubSpot
certifications strongly preferred. 3–6 years of digital marketing
experience, ideally within professional services, consulting, or
advisory environments. Proven ability to execute campaigns that
generate measurable leads and pipeline. Strong writing, editing,
and executive communication skills. Excellent project management
and prioritization abilities. Analytical mindset with confidence
interpreting dashboards and performance data. Advanced proficiency
in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Bonus skills: Canva
or Adobe tools, basic video editing, webinar production. Alternate
