Your role will encompass a range of thrilling responsibilities, including user account management, group policy administration, server and software configurations, scripting prowess, and Tier 3 and Tier 4 troubleshooting for optimal performanceDive deep into the world of user and file data management/migration, where your expertise will shine in resolving complex server network and system issuesWe are seeking a tech-savvy individual who can not only identify intricate problems but also document and present clear resolution options to our customersIn this fast-paced environment, you'll be instrumental in engineering solutions for both physical and virtual setups, with a strategic focus on virtualization for cloud compatibilityAs a proactive self-starter, you'll take the lead in monitoring our infrastructure, implementing seamless changes, and ensuring minimal disruptions to end-usersKey Qualifications: 11+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's or master's degree
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
Hands-on expertise in Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) across diverse environments
Demonstrated Tier 3 and Tier 4 troubleshooting skills
Experience with Server OS 2021R2, 2016, and 2019, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, load balancers, VMWare, and Microsoft Hyper-V
Familiarity with Microsoft Data Protection Manager (DPM) and scripting languages like PowerShell, VB, and C#
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently or in teams, and adapt to new technologies
Strong customer service orientation and experience in writing technical documentation
