Keep reading.EPI (a brand of Pro Mach and ID Technology) is looking for a talented and detail-oriented CNC Machinist for its New Freedom, PA machinery plant. - We are looking for candidates with experience operating and programming CNC Mills and Lathes to machine parts based on engineering designs and customer specifications. In this role you will...

• Interpret programs
• Set up/touch off tooling
• Operate CNC machines
• Finishing operations, including grinding, polishing, sanding, deburring
• Clean up and general maintenance of shop area and machines
• Operate in accordance with all safety procedures
• Assembles, repairs, fabricates metal parts
• Assembles parts into sub-units or complete units
• Uses blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and tolerance levels
• Partner with engineering on R & D projects
• Maintain Quality Control through inspectionsWho were looking for?
  • Fine motor skills - Bending into machine repeatedly to change parts, inspection, etc.
  • Ability to adapt with changing priorities and to engage in multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Machinist Certification
  • Ability to read machine drawings/ documentation to assemble machines
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Ability to work independently
  • Manual dexterity
  • Ability to read small numbers
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Prolonged standing - - most of the day
