Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2, Food for ManorCare
Carlisle located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The General Manager
will manage the dining operations at this 145 resident skilled
nursing and rehab facility. Will report to the District Manager and
will manage a staff of approximately 20 hourly employees. This is a
hands-on position moving from back of the house to front of the
house with administrative and financial duties, P&L.
The successful candidate will:
- evaluate and develop service levels for the overall dining
services program targeted to exceed resident and customer
- collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary
teams to enhance the resident experience;
- exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful
regulatory inspections and audits; and
- perform management functions that include direct supervision of
hourly associates including employee development.
