JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Application Support will
be focused on supporting the Enterprise Asset Management system and
related systems in functional support and administration capacity.
These systems include the EAM system (Maximo), Scheduling Software
(Akwire), external customer interface (EZRequest), mobile software
(EZMaxMobile), and data visualization software (Propel). Work
closely with internal and external customers to assist with and
diagnose day-to-day software issues. Administer and facilitate
users in obtaining access to systems.
Provide application support and act as the initial contact
person for the Enterprise Asset Management system and supporting
systems. Escalate tickets that cannot be resolved. Handle user
access and person, group, and labor record maintenance. Help ensure
the integrity of application and data. Provide guidance and
expertise to users and stakeholders. Very strong communication,
active listening, and customer service skills are required.
Interpret business issues or needs and recommend solutions and
best practices that leverage application functionality to meet
business needs. Monitor system utilization and license compliance.
Create and maintain knowledge base and business process
documentation for Tier 1 support.
Assist with Training coordination and administration, i.e.
Learning Manage Software support, classroom support, training
logistics, assisting in the development and publishing of job aids.
Administrative scheduling and support of FAM Programs and Director
of Work Control, i.e. scheduling discovery sessions, training, and
project meetings; running FAM Programs budget reports; ordering
Typically requires an Associate's degree, one plus year's of
related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and
experience. Experience in Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset
Management applications is required. Certifications a plus. This
position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of
your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion
of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to
standard background checks.
