need to hire a Sales Representative/Business Development
We have been serving the local community for 10 years and our
market share continues to grow. We are looking for an experienced
Health Care Sales professional who can help us continue that growth
in our local County and expand. The Business Development Director
reports to the owners and is responsible for cultivating new sales
by developing new referral sources, servicing existing referral
sources, and developing contractual relationships.

Achieve new revenue objectives for service area with the primary
goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share.
Target accounts include, but are not limited to: rehabilitation
centers, hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted
living facilities, nursing homes, geriatric care managers, senior
centers, banks, funeral homes, etc.
Achieve Key Performance Indicator goals on a weekly and monthly
Performs all phases of sales activities for service area,
including cold calls, follow up calls, analysis of client needs,
presentations of services, service existing customer accounts and
follow-up as necessary.
Prepares annual sales business and networking plan for owner
approval. Actively uses the plan as a working tool, which is
revisited as requested.
Tracks all activity in a CRM system (Clearcare).
Participates in all scheduled regular meetings.
Monitors all competitive activity and trends within the
Communicates referral source developments and strategies with
the client coordination teams, so they can better meet their
expectations and care for their client referrals.
Gather and organize account-related information and provide
input on key customer contract opportunities, proposals, and

Primarily will be field/community based so will need to be able
to endure weather changes. Must be able to work from car as
Successful applicants will have:
Knowledge equivalent to completion of a four-year college degree
program in Marketing/Business Administration.
Three to five years of measured success and progressively more
responsibility or expansive sales experience in the healthcare or
Demonstrated sales record.
Comfort Keepers Home Care serves Ellicott City, Annapolis,
Columbia, Glen Burnie, and the surrounding areas of Maryland.
This position may require travel to the surrounding areas.
