Job Description:
Location: Pottstown, PA – 75% Travel Position Type: Full-Time,
Hourly Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Welding Lead
to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on
craftsmanship, quality, and mentoring , not repetitive production
welding. The Welding Lead will support the crew by ensuring weld
integrity, guiding team members, and maintaining a safe, organized
work environment. Key Responsibilities Execute and oversee advanced
welding tasks (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core) across diverse projects.
Inspect welds for precision, strength, and compliance with
specifications. Mentor and train junior welders and apprentices to
develop technical skills. Maintain and troubleshoot welding
equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the
Foreman on workflow coordination and problem-solving. Uphold strict
safety standards and promote best practices on every job site.
Compensation details: 23-27 Hourly Wage
