Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled
Attorney to join our litigation team in Baltimore, Maryland. This
position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of
clients, including real estate developers, universities, and
healthcare organizations, on complex legal disputes. The firm is
known for its collaborative environment, diverse casework, and
early opportunities for client engagement. This is a hybrid
opportunity offering free parking in Baltimore City.
Responsibilities: • Represent clients in litigation matters across
areas such as real estate, construction, finance, corporate
governance, and employment law. • Draft and file motions, legal
briefs, and other court documents with precision and timeliness. •
Conduct legal research to support case strategies and provide
informed recommendations. • Engage in depositions, oral arguments,
arbitrations, and trials to advocate for client interests. •
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop case
strategies and resolve disputes. • Analyze contracts, insurance
policies, and other agreements to identify risks and opportunities.
• Advise institutional clients on legal matters related to land
use, commercial contracts, and governance. • Participate in
settlement negotiations and mediation processes to achieve
favorable outcomes. • Maintain thorough documentation and case
files to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Stay informed on legal
trends and industry developments to provide up-to-date counsel. •
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and current licensure to practice law. •
Minimum of 3 years of experience in general or commercial
litigation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for
effective client representation. • Ability to work independently
and as part of a collaborative team. • Experience with depositions,
oral arguments, arbitrations, or trials is preferred. • Judicial
clerkship experience is a plus. • Proficiency in legal research and
