Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment in partnership
with a company in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Contracts
Administrator. It is fully onsite and it is full -time. It is a 2-3
month contract with the opportunity to be extended.
Responsibilities Assist with the review, redline, negotiation of
various contracts including commercial contracts, specifically
SOW's, NDA's and MSAs, and various government contracts Assist with
managing the in house CLM system Work with legal to ensure all
contracts are in compliance with company standards Any other duties
required of the role Requirements High degree of proficiency in MS
Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) required. Extensive experience
redlining contracts General knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus.
Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills with the
ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of an
organization. Juris Doctorate degree is a plus Pay Details: $40.00
