Job Description Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Gaithersburg, MD. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining Kyocera copiers, printers, and desktop equipment across the greater DMV area. This role involves: troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and conducting repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, the technician will need to file: time-sheets, provide customer support, and be able to file service tickets along with proper serialization of part numbers. Qualifications - Ability to install, service, and maintain copier and printer equipment - Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in performing routine maintenance - Experience in conducting repairs and providing customer support - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience - Knowledge of Kyocera office equipment - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus - Basic A level computer knowledge including: Device network configuration - Have a vehicle with clean driving record
