Job Description:

We're seeking a Security Engineer to design, develop, and implement security solutions that strengthen AWS Global ProServe's security posture. You'll build automated security mechanisms to monitor and protect AWS interactions with customers, developing elegant solutions to complex business problems while following security engineering best practices. As a Security Engineer at AWS, you'll contribute across multiple domains within Professional Services Security and throughout Amazon. You'll mentor junior engineers, serve as a security thought leader, and foster constructive dialogue while seeking continuous process improvements. You're expected to have deep expertise in at least one specialty while maintaining broad Information Security knowledge across technical areas. This role combines troubleshooting, technical, and communication skills with opportunities to handle diverse tasks including project and software development work. You'll gain new security skills and advance your career as you grow within the organization. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
