. Position Description: CGI Federal is a leader in providing IT and

collaboration. We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design,
install, maintain, and evaluate network and communications systems.
This role involves gathering user network requirements, producing
clear technical documentation, and supporting a multi-enclave
environment that enables secure access to data across the network
infrastructure. Your future duties and responsibilities: Design,
install, maintain, and evaluate network and communications systems.
Gather user network requirements using multiple methodologies.
Provide technical documentation, system requirements documents, and
security requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
involving various protocols, topologies, and networking hardware.
Assist with network architecture design, feasibility, and cost
studies. Improve processes for deploying and maintaining network
infrastructure. Work independently and collaboratively to enhance
network solutions. Design, deploy, test, certify, and patch network
components, including switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Address interoperability issues for all features, components, and
application dependencies. Respond to and resolve critical network
incidents within designated resolution timelines. Required
qualifications to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Minimum of 8
years of experience in cyber operations, cybersecurity, or a
related field. Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility
for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) with a CI polygraph.
Strong understanding of multi-enclave network environments.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing secure networks
in government environments. Experience with the SAFe Agile
framework. Advanced Proficiency With: Network hardware (Cisco,
Arista, SonicWall) Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S)
Firewall configuration and management Load balancer implementation
Software-defined networking VPN technologies Network security
principles and practices Network monitoring and troubleshooting
tools Network performance optimization Cloud networking (AWS
GovCloud, SC2S, C2S) Containerization networking (Docker,
Kubernetes) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Tunneling protocols
(GRE, IPSec, SSH, SSL) Cross-domain solutions Network automation
and orchestration Desired Qualifications: Relevant network
certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) preferred. Experience
with Nutanix. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools.
