This role is pivotal in managing and operating our secure cloud-based infrastructures, ensuring robust support for mission-critical operations across federal agencies. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, a passion for security, and a commitment to maintaining high-performance cloud solutions. Implement and manage cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines. Deploy and troubleshoot cloud instances, services, and environments. Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement comprehensive cloud security measures. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Automate cloud deployments and configuration management using scripts and tools like Ansible, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation. Proficiency in administering and managing cloud-based environments, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of network technologies, virtualization, and cloud computing. Expertise in cloud security practices and infrastructure. Experience with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on the cloud.
