ManTech, a premier provider of innovative technologies and solutions for the nation's critical security challenges, seeks a dedicated Management Analyst to support our government projects, primarily within the Department of Defense and intelligence community. As a Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing operational efficiencies and guiding project teams toward the successful completion of their objectives. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of project management practices within the federal sector. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures to assist in operational efficiency. Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Recommend innovative approaches to improve project outcomes. Assist in policy and planning development, including budgeting, manpower, and resource planning. Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively Strong familiarity with federal government operational procedures and regulations Expertise in MS Office and project management software Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Certified Management Consultant (CMC) is a plus
