Job Description:
Vantor, Inc., a pioneer in AI-driven technology and cloud
solutions for the defense and aerospace sector, is actively seeking
a DoD Innovation Deployment Manager to drive the integration of
cutting-edge technologies across various defense projects. This
role involves strategic oversight, agile project management, and a
strong understanding of both technological and military operational
dynamics to ensure that innovative solutions align with the
critical needs of the Department of Defense. The successful
candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage significant
budgets, and maintain compliance with all federal defense
regulations, delivering projects that significantly enhance
national security capabilities. Develop and direct project plans
aligned with strategic defense objectives. Coordinate between
technology teams and defense stakeholders to ensure effective
communication and project alignment. Manage budgets, timelines, and
resources to ensure efficient project delivery. Ensure compliance
with all relevant regulations and standards. Oversee the deployment
of technological innovations, assessing risks, and executing
mitigation strategies. Prepare and present detailed reports on
project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management. Train and
mentor project staff and stakeholders on new technologies and
processes. Strong knowledge of AI technologies and cloud systems.
Expertise in project management methodologies, especially Agile and
Scrum. Proficient in risk management and change management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle
multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP
(Project Management Professional) certification required. Agile or
Scrum Master certification preferred. Knowledge of Defense
Acquisition processes is beneficial.
