Location: Washington, DC Citizenship: US Citizen (MUST) Security Clearance: Unclassified Job Summary : The Functional Consultant provides analytical, facilitation, documentation, and technical support across PSC initiatives. This role ensures disciplined execution, accurate documentation, and reliable data and reporting support. Key Responsibilities : Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working groups. Produce meeting minutes, action item logs, and follow up reporting. Conduct research, data analysis, and performance reporting. Support Microsoft Access databases, including SQL, VBA, and reporting updates. Maintain dashboards, trackers, and SharePoint repositories. Provide day to day analytical and administrative program support. Required Qualifications : Experience supporting US Coast Guard (USCG) and/or DHS (MUST). Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with a Master's degree. Experience supporting federal program management efforts. Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL, VBA, Excel, and SharePoint. Strong written communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications : Ability to contribute to growth & business development activity as necessary.
