DESCRIPTION:
 
•Responsible for development of creative options, design, and implementation of apps, mobile and Internet products.
•Brainstorms with clients, customers, and design team to create goal driven design solutions.
•Work closely with project teams to understand business objectives and technical constraints.
•Participate in product usability tests and translate the results into actionable suggestions for improving/enhancing user experiences.
 
Required Skills/Experience
 
•Strong ability to move ideas to action – ability to turn “back-of-the-napkin” ideas and concepts into viable online programs
•Strong project management/organizational skills – ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without sacrificing detail
•Strong interpersonal skills – ability to coordinate across various departments within the organization
•Technical Ability – Knowledge of User Interface Design principles, industry best practices, design trends with an attention to detail, software development process, and prototyping
•Depth in design skills – Knowledge of multiple design disciplines with an ability to see the “big picture” of a campaign or product.
Education/Qualifications
 
•Minimum of five years work-related experience
•Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
•Proficient in using design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite, HTML4/5, CSS2/3, JavaScript & jQuery
•Understanding with Agile, including Scrum
•Knowledge of web technologies such as application and web servers, .NET, etc.
•Proficient in responsive web design, web standards and best practices, and mobile user experience.
