Solutions is seeking a driven Line Lead to support production
operations for a growing manufacturing environment in
Mechanicsburg, PA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced setting, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in
quality and efficiency. As a Line Lead, you’ll be a key point of
support on the floor, helping keep operations running smoothly
while guiding a team toward shared production goals.
Responsibilities and Duties – Your Day-to-Day - Lead and support a
team of packaging associates to maintain steady workflow - Set up
and prepare the line for production runs, ensuring materials and
equipment are ready - Monitor production output to ensure accuracy,
quality standards, and timelines are met - Perform routine quality
checks and address minor production or equipment issues -
Communicate updates, issues, and improvement opportunities to
leadership What You Bring – Skills that Make a Difference - High
school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or
certifications are a plus. - Prior leadership experience in a
manufacturing or packaging environment - Detail-oriented mindset
with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational
standards - Team-focused leader with strong problem-solving skills
and adaptability in fast-paced environments - Basic computer skills
and experience tracking production data; experience with Nulogy
Packmanager is a plus - Bilingual in English and Spanish is
