In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious sandwiches and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality will be essential to our success. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of sandwiches/Salad according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers and grills. Assist with cash handling and operate the cash register during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Buss tables and assist in maintaining a clean dining area. Manage time effectively to meet customer demand during busy periods. Help train new staff on food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register is beneficial. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively as part of a team. Knowledge of food handling and preparation practices is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
