Reporting to: Hospitality Manager Position Overview Operational
Excellence As a Server at F1 ® Arcade, your role is to deliver
exceptional service that contributes to a fun, high-energy, and
memorable guest experience. You will bring our commitment to
quality hospitality to life by maintaining high service standards,
being attentive to detail, and ensuring every guest feels welcome
and well cared for. Guest Interaction Creating a warm, welcoming,
and genuine connection with guests is central to your role. By
actively listening and understanding their needs and preferences,
you help personalize their visit and ensure they feel valued. Your
thoughtful and attentive service plays a key part in enhancing the
overall guest experience and building lasting impressions. Key
Areas of Responsibility Guest Service & Experience Provide warm,
engaging, and knowledgeable service to all guests. Ensure prompt
and accurate delivery of food and beverages. Anticipate guest needs
and personalize service to enhance their visit. Handle guest
questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency
. Operational Execution Maintain a clean, organized, and fully
stocked service area. Follow all company service standards and
procedures, including opening, running, and closing duties. Support
team members and management in achieving smooth service flow.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate
and timely order delivery. Team Collaboration Work closely with
hosts, bartenders, runners, and other servers to ensure a unified
and efficient service. Participate in pre-shift briefings, service
recaps, and ongoing training. Provide support in other areas of the
venue as needed to meet guest needs and operational demands.
Product Knowledge Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu
offerings, ingredients, and promotions. Make informed
recommendations to guests and upsell where appropriate . Understand
dietary requirements and allergens and communicate clearly with the
kitchen team. Skills Required Guest-Focused Mindset Passionate
about delivering memorable moments by anticipating guest needs,
providing personalized service, and ensuring every guest leaves
with a positive impression of F1 ® Arcade. Strong Communication
Skills Able to clearly and confidently engage with guests and team
members -whether explaining menu items, confirming orders, or
working with teammates to ensure smooth service. Attention to
Detail Maintains a high level of accuracy when taking and
delivering orders, checking table setups, and following service
steps to ensure a flawless guest experience. Team-Oriented
Collaborates with hosts, bartenders, runners, and fellow servers to
support each other during busy shifts and uphold a consistent level
of service across the venue. Adaptability Stays calm and
solutions-focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adjusting
to changing guest needs or operational challenges without

Basic Physical Requirements When working at an F1 ® Arcade venue ,
Team Member s must be able to perform the duties of that venue .
The team member will frequently sit for short periods of time, talk
via Cloud Based video conferencing and the phone often, and hear
and manipulate objects constantly. Additional requirements will
include lifting up to 10 (ten) pounds constantly and up to 50
(fifty) pounds as . Lifting from floor to shoulder constantly and
overhead infrequently. Twisting and reaching frequently . Grasping
objects to move or manipulate constantly . Working in hot then cold
environments for extended periods of time. May inadvertently bump
into team members in a relatively small work area. Will stand and
walk for extended periods of time. F requent hand washing and
sanitation is . Ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other
food preparation equipment. Team Member must be able to communicate
with Guests and other Team Members and manipulate handheld and
