Position Overview Creating Outstanding First Impressions As a
Host/Hostess at F1 Arcade, you'll be the first friendly face our
guests see, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.
Whether welcoming guests at the entrance, managing check-ins, or
helping with reservations and walk-ins, you'll be at the heart of
the action-making sure everyone feels valued from the moment they
arrive Bringing the Energy Your warm welcome, engaging personality,
and attention to detail will help create a buzz of excitement right
from the start. You'll play a key role in keeping things running
smoothly at the front desk while delivering exceptional service
with a smile. Whether it's a special celebration or a casual visit,
you'll help make every guest feel like a VIP. At F1 Arcade, we aim

visit one to remember. Key Areas of Responsibility Welcome Guests
with Warmth: Be the friendly face that greets every guest, creating
a positive and exciting first impression. Support Smooth Check-Ins
and Walk-Ins: Help manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to
keep the guest flow running smoothly. Deliver Exceptional Guest
Service: Provide attentive, professional, and friendly service that
reflects the F1 Arcade experience. Work as One Team: Communicate
and collaborate with other departments to ensure every guest has a
seamless visit. Handle Guest Questions with Care: Respond to
inquiries with confidence, making sure guests feel listened to and
well taken care of. Keep the Front of House Looking Sharp: Maintain
a tidy and organized reception area, helping to create a welcoming
and energetic environment. Skills Required Guest-Focused
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or a
fast-paced guest-facing role is a plus. Great Communicator &
Problem-Solver: Friendly, clear communicator who can think on their
feet and handle guest questions with confidence. Organised &
Proactive: Reliable and detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude and
a hands-on approach. Team Player with Positive Energy: Enjoys
working with others and brings enthusiasm and professionalism to
every shift. Flexible Availability: Willing to work a variety of
shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to

Requirements When working at an F1 Arcade venue, Team Members must
be able to perform the duties of that venue. The team member will
frequently sit for short periods of time, talk via Cloud Based
video conferencing and the phone often, and hear and manipulate
objects constantly. Additional requirements will include lifting up
to 10 (ten) pounds constantly and up to 50 (fifty) pounds as
required. Lifting from floor to shoulder constantly and overhead
infrequently. Twisting and reaching frequently. Grasping objects to
move or manipulate constantly. Working in hot then cold
environments for extended periods of time. May inadvertently bump
into team members in a relatively small work area. Will stand and
walk for extended periods of time. FREQUENT hand washing and
sanitation is required. Ability to use knives, slicing equipment,
and other food preparation equipment. Team Member must be able to
communicate with Guests and other Team Members and manipulate
