• Weekends and holiday availability is required for this position If you have a passion for hospitality, connecting with people, and serving great food on the cutting edge of hot trends, Silver Diner is the place for you! You will prepare food from recipes created by award winning Chef Ype Von Hengst using fresh ingredients from our local farm partners. Prep cooks are the foundation for our fast paced kitchens. They take our fresh raw ingredients from our local farm partners and prepare sauces, marinades, breaded seafood, and more to set up our cooks for successful meal shifts. Our restaurant includes an industry leading 3 level Germicidal Ultra-Violet LED and air purification system that has attracted national attention in the news and media. These systems work together to clean the air and surfaces in our restaurant of germs, bacteria, and viruses to create the safest environment for our associates and guests. We offer:
