Pediatric Dentist Opportunity Southern Pennsylvania

A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in southern Pennsylvania is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join its growing outpatient dental team. This opportunity offers a stable Monday Friday schedule with no weekends, strong team support, and eligibility for visa sponsorship.

• Full-time, 40-hour workweek with no Saturdays

• Schedule:

  • Monday Wednesday: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

  • Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

• Provide comprehensive, basic, and preventive dental care to patients from infancy through adolescence

• Collaborate with a well-rounded dental team, including another Pediatric Dentist, Dental Hygienists, Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs), and a fully staffed front office

• Open to new residency graduates

• J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available

• Base salary of $225,000

• Guaranteed $10,000 RVU incentive in Year 1, with additional earnings based on production thereafter
