Job Description:
This Position is Subject to Contract Award JANUS Research Group
is currently seeking an Army Transparency Team Analyst for a
contract to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G8. The DCS G-8
is the principal military advisor to the Chief of Staff, Army (CSA)
and the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Financial Management and
Comptroller (ASA(FMC)) for the Programming phase of the Planning,
Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. The DCS, G-8
coordinates with the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Acquisition,
Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)) on all proposed programming
and process recommendations related to ongoing and future
acquisition programs and science and technology initiatives. The
DCS, G-8 coordinates with Army Futures Command (AFC) for program
funding for all elements of the future force materiel modernization
enterprise. Position Description: Provides analytical and technical
support to the Documentation Branch in maintaining and validating
Army authorization and requirements documentation. Manages updates
to MTOE, TDA, and BOIP data to ensure force structure accuracy and
compliance with Army policies. Coordinates with HQDA G-3/5/7 Force
Management, ASA(ALT), and AMC to align documentation with approved
capabilities and modernization plans. Prepares reports, briefings,
and data summaries supporting SPAR, POM, and AROC/JROC reviews.
Ensures configuration control, version tracking, and audit
readiness across documentation systems. Relevant Competencies /
Skill Levels: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business A
minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force
Development duties Demonstrates expert analytical and technical
skills in managing Army authorization and requirements
documentation, including MTOE, TDA, and BOIP updates. Proficient in
validating and maintaining data accuracy to ensure compliance with
approved force structure and modernization policies. Skilled in
analyzing documentation changes to assess equipment alignment and
organizational impact. Possesses strong attention to detail and
communication abilities to produce accurate, audit-ready reports
supporting Army equipping and integration decisions Benefits:
