Job Description Job Description We are seeking a flexibleand patient-focused Urgent Care Physician to join a busy, multi-site urgentcare network serving the Martinsburg, WV area. This opportunity is ideal forphysicians who thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment and value variety intheir work setting. The Urgent Care Physicianwill provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages in awalk-in urgent care setting. The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts perweek, rotating to ensure coverage across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.Candidates must have open availability and be comfortable floating betweenmultiple clinic locations. The clinics are open 7 daysper week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and are closed only on Thanksgiving andChristmas. Responsibilities - Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and minor injuries - Provide efficient, evidence-based urgent care services - Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Float between urgent care locations as scheduled - Participate in the education and teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows - Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Schedule Highlights - 3 rotating 12-hour shifts per week - Coverage includes weekends and holidays - Multiple clinic locations - No overnight shifts Qualifications - MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) - Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine - Active state medical license (or eligibility to obtain) - DEA registration required by start date - Prior Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
