contract nurse RN Case Management for a local contract nursing job
in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements -
Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks -
40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local
Contract Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm; no weekend
or on-call. Counties Covered: Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, Lebanon.
Hospice and HCHB experience required. Candidate will be required to
complete admission, recertification, routine, PRN, and death
visits. Productivity benchmark 5 to 7 visits per day. RN License,
Valid Driver's License, Valid Car Insurance, Valid BLS CPR
