Job Description Job Description Salary: We are seeking a skilled and patient-focusedRadiologic Technologistto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in afast-paced outpatient orthopedic environment, providing high-quality imaging services that support accurate diagnosis and excellent patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Perform digital X-rays for orthopedic patients in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols. Ensure proper patient positioning, radiation protection, and image quality. Work closely with orthopedic providers and medical assistants to support efficient clinic flow. Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment; ensure compliance with allstate, COMAR, and radiation safetystandards. Enter images into PACS and electronic medical records accurately. Support orthopedic urgent care operations, including walk-in and scheduled patients. Assist in patient preparation, room setup, and clinical support tasks as needed. Qualifications: Current Maryland Radiologic Technologist License (required) ARRT certification (R)preferred. Experience inorthopedics or urgent carestrongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and image quality standards. Professional, courteous, and dependable with excellent communication skills. Comfortable working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Schedule: Full-time or part-time position available. Daytime and some evening/weekend shifts (Saturday availability preferred).
