Lundbeck US, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry with a special focus on brain diseases, is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Deerfield, IL. This role is pivotal in promoting our cutting-edge treatments and supporting healthcare professionals in managing and improving mental health outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, understanding and addressing their needs with our specialized products, and ultimately enhancing patient care through strategic and knowledgeable promotion of Lundbecks products. Develop and maintain professional relationships with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals. Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase product awareness and sales. Provide accurate product information and continuing education to healthcare professionals. Monitor and adhere to set budgets and targets. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders. Organize medical conferences and meetings. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand and convey complex product information. Strategic thinking and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as necessary. Pharmaceutical sales certification (e.g., CNPR) is preferred.
