Assist Physical Therapists in the preparation and execution of treatment plans. Conduct therapeutic exercises and use various techniques to promote patient health and wellness. Monitor patient progress and adapt treatments as needed. Document patient care and update treatment plans. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Maintain a clean and safe therapeutic environment. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards. Strong understanding of physical therapy modalities and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt treatments to individual patient needs. Strong observational and analytical skills. Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and technology. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant. CPR certification.
