Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care. Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and respond to changes in condition promptly. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient treatment and discharge planning.
