This position focuses on providing case management, reentry planning, and SUD-related support. The ideal candidate will have experience in SUD counseling and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by justice-involved populations REENTRY SPECIALIST MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: One year of experience in social services field. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Case Management experience Applicants with experience in a correctional health care setting will be given preference. Certification or credential in substance use counseling (e.g., CADC, CSAC, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Knowledge of SUD treatment and recovery principles. Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
