Behavioral Health Implementation SpecialistJoin to apply for the Behavioral Health Implementation Specialist role at Solid Ground.This position is within Residential Services, focusing on creating and sustaining health partnerships to meet behavioral health needs on the Sand Point campus.Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Development (65%)
• Formalize partnerships through MOUs and develop sustainable plans.
• Maintain a database of culturally competent behavioral health partners.
• Develop health partnerships for children and youth, including behavioral health, physical health, dental, and employment opportunities.
• Identify emerging behavioral health needs and barriers among residents.
• Maintain documentation and establish communication and monitoring processes.
• Assist with staff and partner training, including trauma-informed care and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Data and Metrics (20%)
• Explore data sharing opportunities, maintain data in Caseworthy, and coordinate reporting.
• Work with providers on shared practices and screening tools.
• Determine service delivery methods and related technology needs.
• Monitor and share process and outcome metrics.
• Community Engagement (15%)
• Address community feedback and opportunities for improvement.
• Market behavioral health services across the campus and broader community.
• Plan health promotion activities and represent Residential Services at key meetings.
