• 35-50 patients a day, with approximately 20% pediatric patients
• 4-5:1 patient to nurse ratio
• Ventilator and ABG trained nursing staff
• Supportive team environment

      • At least one year of RN clinical experience
      • Virginia RN license
      • BLS certification
      • Strong communication and leadership skillsPreferred qualifications:
        • ED experience with pediatric and adult patients, with supervisory experience
        • Specialty certifications within 1 year
