BriteLife Recovery at Hanover is looking for LPNs and RNs to join our overnight team. - The position pays an additional $1/hour shift differential for all hours worked between 7p to 7a.Who we are- BriteLife Recovery started in 2019 in Hilton Head, South Carolina.- We acknowledged that there were many individuals living with substance use and that we could help improve more people if we branched outside of South Carolina.- Nestled in the tranquil hills of South Central Pennsylvania, we are ramping up to serve those living with substance use.- Our primary focus is to provide Hope, Health and Healing for those seeking our service through a Trauma-Informed, Holistic experience.What you will get:- A part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team.- The opportunity to make a positive impact not only in our clients' lives, but in our community as well.- -Solid Staff Development Program- Competitive compensation and Comprehensive BenefitsWhat you will do- Provide a safe environment for clients during the detox and residential phase of treatment by assessment, medication administration and recommendations for holistic alternatives- Assist in developing and monitoring medical/nursing treatment plans- Assist in the coordination of a therapeutic client milieu.- Provide feedback to Providers regarding current client conditionsWhat you need- Pennsylvania Nursing License - RN- Previous inpatient substance abuse experience preferred- Valid Driver's License -- Growth mindsetStarting RatesLPNs $24/hr - with increase to rate based on experience & $1/hr shift differentialRNs $29 - with increase to rate based on experience & $1/hr shift differential
