As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.The manager s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential. The manager will be balancing time between providing a championship haircut experience and coaching the team to be successful.Our managers typically average $31 per hour including base pay, tips and bonuses.
