Locations: US Remote, United States of America Senior Analyst, Endpoint Operations and Policy Management Responsibilities: Work with members of the Endpoint protection team to support various endpoint security tools (AV, App Whitelisting, Encryption Behavior Analysis, Hunt and Response) to perform routine operational maintenance during off-business hours Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across multiple Operating Systems (Windows, Linux and Mac) Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities to develop testing scenarios Integrating applications with other backend systems as needed (e.g SEIM, ServiceNow) Document tool configurations Build, test and deploy security policies and configurations to various endpoint tools Participate in Disaster Recovery Exercises ensuring stability of environment Write playbooks for incident responders Participate in on call rotations and escalation to troubleshoot and resolve issues Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community Provide good communication skills and work independently within large distributed teams. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification At least 2 years of cyber security experience At least 1 year of experience with automation and command line interface tools At least 1 year of experience in production support and troubleshooting At least 1 year of experience with configuration and incident management Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline 2 years experience with endpoint policies and configurations 1 year of experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform 1 year of experience with Process Automation, Microsoft Windows Native security tools, Windows PowerShell Scripting, or Linux Shell Scripting 1 year of experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
