Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: Team CACI has an
exciting and challenging opportunity available for a Program
Planning Specialist supporting an enterprise-scale Intelligence
Community (IC) program in Springfield, VA. The ideal candidate will
have knowledge of contract best practices and procedures as well as
Government policies. There are two distinct components of this
Program Office support role – process contract requirements and
documentation of HW and SW maintenance renewals. Responsibilities:
Ensure the procurement and delivery processes interface with both
CACI and customer Asset Management processes. Perform a wide
variety of technical activities related to requirements gathering,
planning, assessing, evaluating, tracking, and receiving hardware
required to meet user and project needs. Enter purchase requests
and register “receiving” in Procurement application. Source and
research services, equipment and supplies necessary for the
operation of the contract. Compile information to keep informed on
price trends and manufacturing processes. Confer with manufacturers
and supplier to determine factors that affect prices and determines
best solution consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to
meet required schedules. Review proposals and quotes, analyze
trends, follow up on orders placed, verify delivery, approve
invoices, and maintain necessary records. Participate in
establishing and defining procurement plan requirements. Data Entry
of all requirements assigned. Review and verify Bills of Material.
Track hardware and software maintenance agreements. Work with
Integrated Logistics Support team to reconcile assets for annual
hardware maintenance renewals. Executes to customer requirements
including government regulations, public law and CACI policies and
procedures. Identify areas of process improvement within the
Project Management Office improve and maintain program efficiency
for CDRL submissions. Run recurring reports to identify
discrepancies and initiate change actions A ssists in the
development of bids and agreements. Qualifications: Required:
Security Clearance: active TS/SCI Ability to pass a CI polygraph.
Ability to work independently with little direction and guidance.
Ability to work occasional weekends and evening hours as required.
Understanding of Microsoft office programs Ability to keep detailed
accountability records, including budgets and inventory. Ability to
manage multiple assignments, while ensuring accuracy, adherence to
documentation standards, and a timely delivery for all work
products and schedules. Strong attention to detail. Excellent
communication skills in English in written and spoken form. be
comfortable and productive in a small team environment. work in a
self-directed manner while achieving aggressive goals. Experience:
bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience or 2 years of experience
developing, implementing, maintaining, and executing program
required processes and procedures. 1 years of experience tracking
maintenance agreements/warranties. 1 reviewing and prepping
Statements of work. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Tool Suite.

factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited
to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor
categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience,
specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

position. The proposed salary range for this position is:
