Engineering and Sciences (E&S) Baltimore and Partnered Sites
(BaPs) Division is seeking an Advanced Mission Capabilities (AMC)
Restricted Execution Lead to join our team of qualified and diverse
individuals. This position will be located in Baltimore, MD and is
a full-time on-site position. What You’ll Get to Do: The individual
will be the direct liaison to the AMC-Restricted Operating Unit
Director within the AMC Business Unit. The position will lead a
cross?functional team of Chief Engineers, Engineering Program
Managers, System Architects, and SEIT Leads. It will own end?to?end
program execution across the operating unit, while collaborating
closely with both Engineering Discipline leadership and Program
Management. Additionally, the incumbent will collaborate closely
with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance to ensure
that key program milestones are met on schedule. Reporting to the
Engineering Execution Lead, this role will be accountable for
technical performance, staffing, root?cause analysis, engineering
metrics, process rigor, proposal support, C101 sign?off, and the
development of CEACs for all programs within the operating unit.
Lead a cross-functional engineering team during proposal, design,
manufacturing, and delivery phases of products in development and
production phases Support proposal development and new program
acquisition efforts Interpret statements of work assigned by
program leadership Develop and execute to project budgets and
schedules, including Earned Value Management System (EVMS),
critical path management, Estimates-at-Completion (EACs), and
workload forecasts Interface with functional departments to secure
team staffing Work with suppliers and be able to articulate project
requirements Brief internal and customer leadership on progress of
work assigned Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
managing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) projects Perform in
a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly
diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings. Lead or
support department initiatives, technology roadmap creation,
cross-campus/sector involvement, and IRAD project leadership. This
position is contingent upon the successful transfer of an active
DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain Special Program
Access (SAP). Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 10 years
of experience, a Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or a
PhD with 6 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering,
Mathematics or other related technical fields. A current/active DoD
Secret Clearance. Ability to obtain/maintain Special Program Access
(SAP). Experience as a Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead,
Technical lead, or other leadership role in a program office or
business function with demonstrated team building, organizational,
and interpersonal skills. Experience in the hardware Design,
Manufacturing or Test process. Radar or EW technology background
with sensors development and implementation experience. Knowledge
of staffing and engineering metrics, processes, and tools.
Experience with developing and executing project schedules.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degrees in Science, Technology,
Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields. Active DoD
Top Secret/SCI Clearance or higher. High proficiency in technical
problem solving to include decomposition, root cause analysis,
solution development, implementation and monitoring, as well as
experience in engineering leadership and support across multiple
program phases. Experience in functional management of an

$184,300.00 - $276,500.00 The above salary range represents a
general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of
factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
