As part of our dedicated Technical & Maintenance team, the Journeyman-HVAC Technician's role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC systems to provide reliable energy solutions that align with our commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across various company-owned facilities. Conduct regular system inspections and troubleshooting to prevent potential failures. Respond to, diagnose, and resolve HVAC system emergencies in a timely manner. Collaborate with facilities management to implement energy-efficient solutions. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Maintain detailed documentation of all installation and maintenance activities. Proficient in installing and repairing a variety of HVAC systems. Strong understanding of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. Adept at troubleshooting and problem-solving within time constraints. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail. Effective interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with team members and facility occupants. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Certification is mandatory. Journeyman HVAC license in the operational state. Certifications in Heating, Air-conditioning, and Refrigeration from recognized industry bodies such as ASHRAE or NATE are advantageous.
